Technically, they are not necessary, but are they recommended and fun? Yes, yes they are.
Why do I recommend shooting bridal portraits? First, because it really is a good time. Secondly, because it's another day you get to wear your dress and get all dolled up. Thirdly, it helps you to learn how to pose on your wedding day and not be so concerned with me and the camera.
The bridal session is a practice run for hair and makeup and location. And this one was the closest to perfection that I have ever come. Thanks Erin for always making me laugh :)
