Henry Wallace {15 Months}

It's been a while since we've done a Henry update, so I figured on (or around) his 15 month checkup would be a good time.

He's a big boy. He's wearing 2T shirts and 18-24 pants and size 6 shoes. He's still rocking size 5 diapers during the day and size 6 baby dry at night to ensure no night time leaks.
He's 34 inches tall and weighs in at 29 pounds. He's healthy!

He loves being outside. Checking the mail or chasing Norman or watching the trees; as long as he's outside he's happy. He plays fetch with Norman, swings in his big boy swing, and loves to ride his tricycle.

Tay and I have always wondered about his speech. Both of us were late bloomers when it came to speech and plus he has a lip tie, so we assumed speech would be hard for him. So far his everyday words are: mama, daddy, milk, hey, bye, and Norman.
He's also learning his body parts...Henry, where is your nose? (Touches his nose)
Henry, where is Shep's nose? Points to Shep's nose and says "nos."
So yeah, he's a genius :)

His favorite food right now is cheese. For real. Mac and cheese? Good! String cheese? Good! Processed cheese from nachos? Good! I try to trick him into eating fruits and veggies and proteins and some days he does, some days he throws them to Norman in favor of more cheese.
I love this kid. His personality is starting to show through more and more; and Lord help us, he has his mama's temper :)  He's my most favorite toddler in the world. I honestly cannot imagine doing life without my Henry. He is an absolute treasure.

Here's what's been happening since our last update:
 snuggles
Stylin car rides
A visit to Bass Pro in Pearl
A visit to the ENT in Jackson

Midnight snacks
Mornings with milk and mickey
bone jammies and hipster hats
skinny jeans
sink baths
funny faces
walks with daddy
sharing
snacks
first haircuts

mean faces,
slides with daddy,
Baby toes...
And more baby toes
and selfies with Mama...
And a lot of love. Henry, you are awesome. You are funny and outgoing and some days your attitude would even make a nun check her patience. But we love you.
