Fluff aka Fruit Dip

Normally when baking, cooking, or almost any kitchen activity for that matter, involves combining different ingredients and mixing them together to form the perfect combination. Too much of something, not enough of something else will throw the whole recipe out of whack. And this dip is the exact opposite, which is one of the reasons why I love it. That and the fact that it's super declicious.

The 3 simple ingredients:
Marshmellow Creme, Cream Cheese, & Powdered Sugar

According to my mama's recipe, dump out the whole thing of marshmellow creme. Yes, that means scraping the side and all.

You have not sufficiently scraped the container of marshmellow cream until your hands look like this.
Feel free the lick the excess off your fingers. I sure did.

Once you have licked your fingers clean, throw in the whole slab of cream cheese. It's best if you let the cream cheese come to room temperature. The easiest way to do this:  Go to the grocery, pick up cream cheese first, continue shopping. By the time you get home and unload groceries...Voila! instant room temp cream cheese.

After you have added the marshmellow cream and the cream cheese its time for some powered sugar. You can add as little or as much as you like. Me, I like a lot.

Then it's time to whip the three ingredients into the most perfect concoction ever. I just whip until it comes to a consistency that a like. Light and fluffy, but still has some weight to it.

Wash your strawberries and cut them up. It's almost time for a nice snack.

Heaven: In a fruit dip form. Yes!
