Over the summer, I got to photograph Demp and Crystal exchange vows. This past weekend, they asked me to take some more photos....same wedding attire, no wedding day stresses. Or wedding day heat. Thank God. I've previously stated how much my body CAN NOT stand heat and won't do yet another spiel about the heat. You are welcome. I will say we encountered bugs, big flying bugs and bees, but I'm not one to complain :)
Our tentative start time was 9:30 Saturday morning. I showed up a little late - forgive me, I drove down from Memphis that morning- and when I arrived, they were late too, hooray! After visiting and catching up and the usual, we started the shoot around 10:30. It was absolute breeze. We met at the Love house in Midnight, Ms and how I long for a key to get into that old home. Even though we couldn't go inside, we used the outside to our advantage. After that, we rode around the grand ole town of Midnight looking for more photo opportunities, and we found them.
I love taking pictures of people all dressed up for a wedding but without the stress. No worries about loosing light or having a kid that's having a tantrum for photos, just a relaxed day for photos where there is a wedding dress and some rented suits :) I have to say that taking photos when you have that perfect location, it all works, but having such great models and a well behaved little one makes it that much easier!
Trust me, there are like 65 more photos, but uploading all of them would take hours, literally. Plus, I don't won't the family to see them all, I wanted them to be surprised by the final photos.
