Our little man is officially 12 weeks old and is a screaming ball of energy and fun and snuggles.
His favorite activity is chilling, seriously. He loves when daddy comes home from work and they will sit and watch TV or play video games together. Granted, Henry Wallace will typically just fall asleep, but we call it family time :)
Ever since about 8 weeks old, he's been a great sleeper. He will sleep from 8:00PM to about 5:30 or 6:00AM, and boy does that make a difference! So much better than waking up at 12:00AM and then 4:00AM.
His days normally start with a diaper change and then some food. After that it's play time till about 7:30 and then he passes out. And makes the sweetest noises in his sleep.
The other night, we were all fast asleep and I start to hear something. I wake Tay up. What is that?
Oh nothing, just Henry Wallace wide awake in his crib giggling. Loudly. We both started laughing with him. It's honestly the best noise in the world!
He's wearing size 2 diapers during the day and size 3 at night...they hold a lot more tee tee which means little man gets to sleep through the night and so do mama and daddy! For my fellow small town peeps, how do you survive when your local stores (both of them) are out of the size diapers you need? How is that even possible?! All I have to say is thank you Amazon Prime!
We haven't been to the doctor in a while and we don't go for a few more months, but y'all, this kid is packing on the pounds. He's definitely at least 16 pounds and shows no signs of stopping. My back hurts everyday from lifting him, but I wouldn't have it any other way.
He's a huge fighter of sleep. I have no idea where he gets this from. Both mama and daddy love to sleep, but my little H Dubs will fight it like crazy. During the day, he will ONLY fall asleep while being held and rocked. If he falls asleep and you attempt to put him down, all Hell will break loose. And then you have to start all over!
He's a lover of tummy time and rolled from tummy to back at 10 weeks. He still hasn't figured out how to roll from back to tummy, but we are working on it!
And now, what's been happening the past few weeks:
