King of the Rodgers household

Yesterday morning, before a massive thunderstorm hit the Delta, I headed out to shoot a little 7 day old boy. And the great thing about yesterday...it was mama and daddy's 17th anniversary!
When mama asked me about taking newborn photos, I happily jumped at the chance. We decided on a 10:00am shoot...and it was perfect. He was awake and happy and playful and beautiful.

One of his "big brothers" even watched us through the window to make sure we were not hurting the new human in the house!
