Faith + Ty: Engaged {Oxford, MS Engagement Photographer}

It seems like a million years ago, but Faith and I went to school together. Granted I was graduating high school, and she was just starting Junior High, but still, we've known each other for a while.

When I saw on Facebook that her sweet beau had proposed, I was beyond excited for the two of them. But then I saw where they got engaged, and my heart sank a little bit.

Ty popped the question on a beautiful summer day in the Grove at Ole Miss.
Y'all, I'm a State fan. My grandfather went there and I received a degree from there, so they will always have my support.

When Faith contacted me to shoot their wedding, I was excited and honored; and also a bit taken aback. I knew I'd have to go to Ole Miss (Oxford) for their engagement photos. As a proud State fan, I can still say that Oxford is a gorgeous town. I will shoot there any day of the week. And I will no longer complain about it, promise!
