Natalie and Keith are my kind of couple. They were so laid back and goofy and easy-going and didn't have a care in the world. They just wanted to get married and be married. They didn't focus on the millions of little details that would have stressed most brides out.
They focused on their wedding day, and their marriage from that day forward.
Church weddings always make me nervous. Always. For two reasons: sometimes they are restrictive, and lighting is always an issue. Today, luckily, neither of those were an issue. The light streaming in through the stain glassed windows was beautiful; just soft enough to enhance the bride's and groom's glow. My job was seriously so simple!
Y'all, this was the bride's request. She wanted to walk down the isle to Dixie. Due to some issues, it couldn't happen. And then, she booked an awesome band who said they would happily play Dixie for her. It was amazing!
I feel sorry for them for having to drive in and later clean this car. It was covered in shaving cream, chocolate sauce, and confetti! Not to mention the baby powder in the A/C, and the sardines under the seat. They are going to be in for a huge surprise when those summer temps roll around again!
But I doubt they are thinking about cleaning the car while living it up in Jamaica...so jealous! Have fun newlyweds!
